By downloading or using the Rejuvenate app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Rejuvenate grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control. This license is subject to the Usage Rules set forth in Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or otherwise exploit the app for any commercial purpose.
Rejuvenate is designed for general fitness and wellness purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or health concern. You assume full responsibility for your use of the app and any physical activity you undertake as a result.
You agree to use Rejuvenate only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Certain features may require payment. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable laws.
All content, trademarks, and data on the app—including software, text, images, and videos—are the property of Rejuvenate or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without express written permission.
Rejuvenate is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at our discretion, with or without cause or notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive conduct.
Rejuvenate is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the app. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the app. If you have any support questions or issues, please contact us at hello@rejuvenate-fitness.com.
Rejuvenate is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed in these Terms. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be Rejuvenate's sole responsibility.
Rejuvenate, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the app or your use of it, including but not limited to:
Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of any such claims.
In the event of any third-party claim that the app or your possession and use of the app infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Rejuvenate, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
By using the app, you represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary. These Terms are concluded solely between you and Rejuvenate, and not with Apple. Rejuvenate, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
